Whoever is delivering our mail from this office, we have been not getting all of our mail when it says it’s been delivered there’s nothing in my mailbox! This has happened twice in a week now and one of them was my bank information!! So either they are stealing it or delivering it to someone else! Website is useless for missing mail.

Multiple times now I've ordered something weeks or months Prior to receiving any packages I'll watch the tracking and it's constantly back an forth between paducah and Indianapolis...then when you try to contact someone they either hang up on you or not even answer...poor service

This entire USPS system is a joke! I’d be embarrassed if I worked here. You pay extra shipping to receive an item in a timely manner for them to send the package back to Evansville where it just came from. Who ever is over seeing this branch is definitely not doing their job. This happens all the time. What a shame.

Amazing my packages make it cross country without concern, then once in Benton there is a 50/50 chance I will never see it. Not uncommon for them to sit on the mail carriers vehicle for 2 days even though they marked it "delivered". I'm scared to have anything of value sent through USPS in Benton. Worst post office by far I have ever dealt with. Lazy people that don't care about there job.

The older lady at the counter shouldn't be around the public. My encounter went like this. Her: Can I help you? Me: Yes, I had a package that you guys couldn't deliver. She than cut me off. Her : That doesnt tell me anything!. Does this lady just want me to scream my tracking number at her without saying anything first? Was shocked how hateful she was.

Honestly I'm not surprised. I have had several tools disappear once the tracking shows them at the local post office (one they actually left a post card to come pick up at the office "but couldn't find it) have found my packages blown around the yard on windy days and soaked on rainy days. My hope is that one day some politician will decide to not bail out postal service employees retirement and they all have to go back to work at Hardee's in their 70s. Btw in the picture you can see the battery sticker. Probably a good idea to get a battery soaking wet right? fools.

This is just some of what I come home to. The same carrier has broken 2 mailboxes doing this. She throws our packages on the porch when she isn't too lazy to drive up the driveway. Or decides to put them on the porch. Many times she leaves them on the driveway I've reported her many times. Been lied to by 2 supervisors and the Post Master. Time to move up to the chain of command. Sooner or later I will find someone who does care about doing their job

We have been reporting our carrier MULTIPLE times over the last couple years. She has broken two mailboxes (at our expense), she has been in security cameras flipping us off, throwing packages, leaving packages in yard or various places other than covered front porch in rainy days, she stuffs packages in the mailbox to the point of the packages hanging out for anyone to steal... Can go on and on, have supplied postmaster with videos, pictures, etc and nothing is done. Multiple other people on her route have had same issues. Nobody cares.

Not sure exactly what the deal has been with our mail carrier lately, but we have always received our mail anywhere between 2pm and 3pm everyday. The past 2 days now it has come after 5pm and here we are again and it's after 5pm and still no mail and we are expecting packages that we pay extra for shipping to arrive early. Very frustrating.
