“Dr. Jaco and staff were amazing helping me with my dying cat! He is a no nonsense Doctor.
They got me right in. Lakeland Animal Hospital turned me away in my time of need but Dr. Jaco helped me. Thank you so much!”
“Last fall my boyfriend and I came home from church on a Sunday night to find his horse trying to get down. We called Dr Kim and rushed over. She was amazing with him, talked us through everything she needed to do, what to expect if he made it through the night, and made sure we understood everything she was telling us. Unfortunately he didn’t make it. Fast forward to today and we received a small package in the mail with a beautiful keychain made from his hair. It really touched us to get this and think the world of her.”
“Dr. Johnson is old school in the best way, he’s always there and you never wait for very long to be seen. The staff is very sweet and you can tell they really love animals, our babies are all well taken care of by Dr. Johnson and we have been coming here for almost 10 years. Affordable prices, compassionate care & close to home. Def recommend Lakeland Animal Hospital for your furbabies.”

“I’ve always had great experiences at this vet office, and the veterinarian and technicians have consistently been kind, compassionate, and professional. They’ve taken excellent care of my pets, and I’ve never had any issues until this visit.
At the end of my appointment, there was a simple miscommunication, but instead of helping resolve it, the blonde receptionist responded with an unnecessary attitude. She came across as rude and dismissive, which left a bad impression after an otherwise great visit. Miscommunications happen, and I would have appreciated a little patience and professionalism.
I want to emphasize that this experience was limited to the front desk. The rest of the staff was wonderful, and the care my pet received was excellent, which is why I’ll continue coming here. I just hope the front desk staff provides the same level of kindness and customer service as the veterinary team.”
