I went to Ace today to see about getting a spool replacement for my weed eater and they didn't sell that spool brand at all in which was a Hart brand weed eater or even a generic brand to fit it at all. What a joke on not selling a spool replacement for any weed eater brands at all even if you don't buy it from this store. I guess the only brands of spool replacement is the ones that you do sell only. The person that try helping me out kind of acted rude to me because of the brand that I had. Plus the sale person was on there cell phone when I went up to the cashier to ask for help I found that rude. All I can say I won't be back at all to get any replacement or buy anything else in which is sad because I live close to this place and I thought I would get the item I needed but nope. Oh by the way I go to Walmart instead to get a spool replacement next time they do sell that brand to me. Oh by the way Ace did tell me they can put it on for me when I did get it for me. I'm like if I buy it I put it on myself or find someone else to put it on not Ace at all. P.S. The owner reply saying my review was unjust I personally don't think it is at all because I'm warning people if they got a Hart brand that they don't sell the spool at all. Plus when you go to the store to get something you got choices even if you got the item from another store. Plus I have a right to post a review it is call freedom of the press like you do on responses to my post in which my review is fair and honest of my experience on your business.

We bought a spartan mower here about 2 months ago and at first we thought we had something nice but the battery was dead they couldn’t pull it out of the building and then I pulled over on the way home to make sure it was still strapped down good and I noticed the front tires weren’t even on the rim and when I got home the back tires only had a couple pounds in them. So then we fix the tires and start using the mower well a couple weeks go by and I was looking at the 12 volt plug in and the socket had been pushed so deep in you couldn’t even use it. Then I tried to grease all the fittings and 2 of them won’t even take grease on a brand new mower. At first I thought it was no deal then I was mowing one day when my buddy noticed when you engaged the blades the pto clutch was throwing sparks and squealing really bad on a yet again a brand new mower. So on closer inspection we found the date plate they sold us a two year old mower that had been sitting on the showroom floor and I thought to myself there’s no wonder why it has so much wrong with it. I’d be ashamed to know that I sold someone a two year old mower that who knows who did what to it while it sat on the floor for two years and did I mention we paid full price for a two year old mower. So I dropped the mower off to get it fixed and I was plainly told it would be a week to a week and half on my getting it fixed and I said that fine. I dropped the mower off on 6/23 and I called today 6/27 so 5 days now I was told it just got looked at today and the manger went home before calling me to go over it with me. So I asked the guy how long it would be and he said probably another week and I said ok I was told it would be a week or so not two weeks or so and the person I talked to proceed to call me a lair that he checked it in and he didn’t say that it would be a week to a week and half and I promise you he did. I don’t appreciate being lied to then get called a lair by an employee. And what really makes mad is I’m almost positive when I bought my mower they had a sign hanging in the show room that said 7 to 10 days on equipment that was purchased there well that’s a lie and they will also sell you a two year old mower and not tell you. I’m sure they won’t do anything about this either I’m quite disappointed that I’ve had so many problems out of this place. So now I have a two year old mower with a bunch a problems but I’m stuck paying full price for junk.

ACE had what I needed. Everyone was helpful. All went very well as usual in the lawn mower area. They could use their own entrance door. :))

Had to stand in line apprx 30 minutes just to buy a weed eater. I would have left & went somewhere else but he had to have it right away.

Used to be a good place but now it's horrible, barely ever get assistance and they don't never seem to know what there doing. Last associate smelled like beer and was making remarks under his breath about the store closing, no help at all

Was just allowed in this store and allowed to walk all the way to plumbing section. Where I was then rudely informed that they were closing. I don’t care about the fact that they were closing but he didn’t have to be arrogant and rude about it. He was standing at the door as I came in why didn’t he tell me then????
