I've banked at different providers since moving to Kentucky but I'm very happy with the switch to CGB. Josh and his team have made handling my loans easy and the staff have always been wonderful to work with. Anytime I have a question, any of the branches are glad to help.

I've been banking with CGB for several years now and overall have been very happy with their services. They are friendly and quick to respond to inquiries. The only thing I have to complain about is that they don't offer free statements in spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) form. Hence the 4 stars at this time.

If you’re going to post your hours online, make sure they’re correct. Apparently they close at 4 on Mon-Thursday, not 5. I’d really have someone look in to fixing that, that can cause some major inconveniences.

I love this bank, but the necessity of dialing Irvine to reach Berea is crazy. Change this and I'll change my rating. These are good people, just a little technically out of whack.
