Ashley was super friendly and easy to get along with! I told her what I wanted and asked her what would be the best way to achieve my goal. She explained in detail what to expect as from the products she used as she used them as well as the steps she did as she moved from one step to another. Terrible experience for my daughters first day in high school. This was supposed to be a special appointment for both of my daughters but instead it was a disaster. if not a for a Loreal box color , my daughters would have went to school crying with grey hair. They also mentioned the stylist left to either answer the phone or to go outside and smoke a lot. Just a horrible experience altogether.
