I had a wonderful experience, it was so easy. Hope was the absolute best. I zipped right in there before work and was out of there in 10 minutes. Couldn't of asked for better service.

Had a couple issues that couldn't be helped, like the number of available vehicles. But you need to remember this an not an airport, or even a primary location. It's here, and for me it's the closest location and I appreciate not having to travel too far for a rental. Anyway, what makes this a good place is the people. I worked with Halley T. She did everything in her power to make my experience postive. Because of customer service like that, I'll always consider this location when I need a vehicle.

Very hard to get ahold of and even harder to get an appointment to get the car. might as well not even try if you need it same day. I called on a Friday morning and couldn't even see a rep until next Monday at 5 pm. They will not take any cards without a chip. And lastly not the nicest. They kind of act like they care if you get it or not. My insurance was going to rent one and pay for it. I just give up and said skip it.

Tried calling the store directly, but kept getting put through to the reservation department. The agent in the reservation department was rude and pushy, so I refused to rent from them.

We reserved a premium car for our vacation so we could fit all of our children, my very tall husband, and all of our luggage. We were told it would be a Maxima, Chrysler 300 or something similar. We got a two door challenger. Theres no backseat space or very much room in the truck and we were told there wasnt any other options so we paid for a premium car for the extra space for nothing.

This is the second bad experience that we have had with this Enterprise location. This company doesn't monitor if there vehicles are actually serviced between renters. The car we were presented hadn't been thoroughly inspected on the interior or mechanically. I'm also very dissatisfied with the level of customer that followed this discovery. Seems like they're one of those companies that like to use bait and switch tactics. I'm not happy!

We had a super nice guy check us in named Jordan , he was the best part of the whole experience! He was super kind and informative. However we didn’t get the vehicle we requested and the new vehicle we got had a bad odor. Jordan offered to clean it again and we declined because we were in a hurry to head out on our trip. We went to return the car and nobody was at the location to get the car. Had to drive to a different location. There was a lock box to drop the key in but then your reliable if anything happens to the vehicle before they get it. Also had a guy named jake (who was also very kind) say we needed 4 different types of proof of adress (the day before we get our rental) I had to leave work and go get all this paperwork just for them to not even end up needing it!! Also no one in berea hardly ever answers the phone I would most likely use Richmond enterprise again and definitely not berea , it’s too small and not enough workers! So the workers are kind and respectful but if I had to rate this place it would be a 2.5 out of 5. They did okay but also caused a lot of unnecessary stress on me. Stuff happens tho , maybe just a bad week and I did get a discount due to the odor so it’s all good ?

I wouldn't recommend enterprise rental to anyone couldn't get a reservation for a car than they told me that they had one for me then when I went to pick up car they told me I was on a no rent list. I supposedly returned a car with a outstanding balance due plus the say that the car had to be detailed when I returned it . They are suppose to clean all cars when they are returned and my insurance said had there been a outstanding balance due upon returningcvh a car that they would have paid the balance due and then billed, me which never happened I have rented cars from them several times since the car was returned with an outstanding balance due never had a problem before I will never rent from them again
