“My family has been working out at this facility for NUMEROUS years. It is one of two gyms in Berea, KY. I have been told (by several people) that it is one of the CLEANEST gyms in the county. The owner maintains the equipment, and purchases new items, as needed! The gym rates are EXCELLENT, compared to other gyms in the surrounding area. The facility has free weights, & weight machines. There is a cardio floor that contains treadmills, a stair-master, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, & a row machine. There is, also, a huge room for CrossFit, HIIT, &/or floor exercises. There is huge punching bag in this room, as well. The room also provides classes to senior citizens on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The gym has mirrors along every wall AND in the SS room. The gender separate bathrooms have cubbies and lockers, to store your essentials, & there are 2 showers in each one. These restrooms are CLEANED twice daily. I highly recommend New Energy Fitness. If you are looking for a place to work out in Berea, KY….. N.E.F. Is THE one! At the very least, go & check it out!”

“Great atmosphere respectful people this gym also works with the fitness pass but you must sign up during business hours then 24/7 you can go when you like which is the best part of the experience it gives you no excuses to go they also have plenty of trainers and activities to choose from come on down and check them out”

“I love this place. The people here are like family and are so welcoming and kind. They’ve helped me grow in so many ways! Zack, Shauna, Will, Collin and all the other coaches really go the extra mile. They are always there to offer advice when you need them. Whether you have questions about nutrition or specific exercises you can do based on your own personal goals, they’ve got the knowledge and the want to help anyone who walks through the door! Another great perk is that it’s so much more affordable than other CrossFit facilities i’ve looked at. I’m so thankful to have found my gym family. ?”
