Aaron and his associate installed an open two way fireplace in our bedroom/bathroom. We are so excited for cold weather so we can use it. It came with a remote that has a thermostat so we never have to leave the bed to turn it on or off. They are so very professional and clean up afterwards was great!! If you need a new fireplace or need service on an existing one, they are who you call!! Thank Aaron!

Had our pilot light go out and not come back on. The fireplace needed serviced. Aaron responded super quickly, got everything cleaned and ready to go. Everything was so professional, timely, and explained thoroughly. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of service or initial hookup!!

Aaron and his staff came to our home so that we could have the use of our logs. After dark on a cold night and serviced our log set completely. I was on a waiting list for service of at least two weeks. Customer service and satisfaction ire obviously the bottom line for Aaron. I highly recommend AJ’s Fireplace and more for all your gas and gas appliance needs. It’s been a while since I met a business owner that truly cares about his customers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service! Despite the bad weather and a very busy schedule they came the same day I called and fixed my gas fireplace, including the remote. I will definitely contact them again if needed.

I can't express how professional AJ is enough. We informed him that our fireplace was not working—not before, but during a snow and ice storm. Although he was eager to visit, we persuaded him to stay at home because the weather was simply too bad for anyone to travel. He arrived the following day and got us up and running! However, he claimed to have been concerned about us all night. Excellent service from a very conscientious man. Many thanks, AJ!

Highly recommend! They were super friendly and fixed our issue fast and efficiently and even worked past closing to make sure everyone had their fireplaces up and running before the snow storm. If you need any service for your fireplaces this is definitely the company to call!

They were great! Got me in before the potential ice storm hit to fix my fireplace so we can stay warm if the power goes out. I could tell these guys were working as hard as they could to get everyone who called in working order before the ice storm. So blessed for them!

Aaron and his counterpart came out to fix our non functional gas fireplace. Not only were they able to identify the problem and promptly repair it, they came out to do so on a Saturday! They took my money and only did half the job. Plumbed inside, but never finished putting the line in the ground. They won't answer my calls, it goes right to voice mail. Now I have to find someone else to finish getting my place ready to hook up to the city line. Don't waste your money on this company. They are thieves. $2200 and didn't finish the job.
