“I went to Planet Pawn to look for a banjo. Knowing nothing about banjos, the salesman gave me a short lesson about how they differ from a guitar and how to get started. He did warn me that they are very loud, and because of this his wife told him that either he or his banjo had to leave.True to his warning, when I got home with a very decent banjo that I bought for a very good price, my wife listened to me play with it before she asked for the name of the man who sold it to me.Great stuff, great prices, and a wonderful staff. I'm happy I stopped by, even if my wife isn't.”

“Great customer service Got a rifle off of them a couple weeks ago and on my first day firing it it had a jam and wouldn’t eject. Now bear in mind this is a USED gun so I called them up and without a bit of hesitation in the man’s voice he said bring it in we will make this right. Took him 5 minutes tops to have a new bolt in it and even fired a round through it to make sure it ran the way it was supposed to. I am highly impressed with this establishment and I suggest it to anyone for their pawn and gun needs. The employees there are extremely polite and extremely well versed in the products they sell. I will be doing my business here from now on that is for sure.”
