“Daniel is the best rural mail carrier. He represents what a true postal employe is suppose to be --putting excellence in the word service. But trying to get through to speak with the delivery supervisor is impossible-- I wanted ask for some PRIORITY Flat Rate large boxes and PRIORITY Rate envelopes (2 different sizes ) so I could use them for Shipping using online method as I am house bound and I do my mailings from my computer. It has been impossible to get through to talk to a human being at the Berea PO.”
