ended up having to get a new car after i took my first car i got when i was 16 here to fix the ac and fix a noise that has been happening while driving get it back about 3 days later after paying about 1k it broke down on me in the middle of the highway ended up getting towed and taken to a different shop for them to tell us it needs a new engine which never had been an issue before. save your money and take your car someplace else

this place has left me with over $3k worth of repairs in my car. first with tires being put on wrong, then to them telling me “your cars fine!” when i need a whole new set of brakes and rotors, then proceeded to charge me $100 for an alignment when I KNOW they saw how bad my brakes were.

When you are traveling on Interstate 75 and have a flat tire, you don’t have to look very far for help. Thank you for helping a lady traveling alone and taking care of my tire troubles.

I talked to you the owner on the day I picked up my car. You said you wouldn't reimburse me. The only reason you are now is because I wrote a bad review. I would of thought that when an employee said something to your customers that it would be true. I couldn't drive my car, As I said on my post my car was jerking, jumping going down the road and I had to pull over to the parts store. The problem was caused by the valve cover gasket failure and than you were going to charge me to replace my spark plugs also. But its fine keep you money. I will not be coming back to your business unless my valve cover gasket fails again under my warranty.
I came to this garage because I was told that they were honest and a good repair shop. I came in for an oil leak on December 23, 2023. They replaced the valve cover gasket, exhaust pipe assembly, and the coolant bypass pipe. I spent $1,332.18.
I went to go get my oil changed at the dealership and they told me my valve cover gasket was leaking this was on September 30, 2024.
My car was acting up jerking going down the road. I went to O'Reilly in Berea they told me it had a defective coil pack. It was caused by the oil in the wells. When I came back here to get the valve cover redone I informed them I had to replace the coil pack. James called me back and said they would warranty the parts I had to purchase. Than when I went to pay. The owner told me the couldn't because they didn't put it in. And said they can get O'Reilly to warranty the new part I had put in. Can't warranty a new good part. It cost me $149.00 because of there incompetence.

Had 4 broken lug nuts coming down I75, car was shaking so bad, found this place, they stopped what they were doing to fix our car and did it in the kindest way treating us like family, amazing people is the least we can say, Thank You so much Smith's Tire!

What an excellent place to have your service done!
Having been in the industry for years, I can tell you that their prices are super reasonable and the quality of the service they done was top notch. Rick and his crew are friendly and approachable! Great job!, Smiths Tire Center. Impressive!

We decided on a last-minute trip to TN and needed immediate service for new tires. When I called Smith's, they were incredibly nice and accommodating. I asked if it would be possible to also get brake pads, and they believed they could fit that in. Then I inquired about new rotors, and they added those on as well.
I had several questions about tires, and they were wonderful at answering all of them. I ended up choosing Michelins since they perform the best in snow and all weather conditions. I had always taken my Subaru to the dealership for service, but this was my first visit to Smith's.
My Subaru used to have a shake, and even after having the rotors turned on the dealership's recommendation, it didn't quite fix the problem. Smith's did all the work, and my car has never driven so well. I've had my car for about four years, and it drives better than it ever has. I've never been so happy with any car repair. Plus, Subaru quoted me over $1k more than what Smith's charged. I am now an extremely dedicated Smith's customer. I didn't realize they did more than tires and am thrilled that we have such a fantastic local business!

This is a smaller shop so you get a lot better service than the big companies. These guys have always done good by me and have some of the best prices on tires and general repairs, as well as labor anywhere around here. I'll be a customer for life with this garage.
