Fantastic customer service! Visited in September, loved his craft, but didn’t buy. Kicked myself in the butt later. Fast forward 3 months & I want his cutting boards. Found him on FB, messaged him & he got back to me ASAP. He took me on a virtual tour of his shop & helped me pick out 4 boards. So hard to choose-they are ALL beautiful!! He shipped them next morning first thing & I can’t wait to get them. Thank you so much for your time Tim and you do wonderful work! Merry Christmas!!
