A magical crafts, arts, and gifts shop. The owner has a wealth of interesting stories and an incredible antique dulcimer instrument on display. This is a one-of-a-kind place.

Nice conversation with the owner who gave my 10 year old a demo on her 150 year old dulcimer. One of a kind store with unique finds and a wonderful atmosphere.

This was the highlight of our trip to Berea and I really enjoyed every other place too. The crafts are great and the conversation was even better.

About 30 years ago I bought a beautiful afghan/blanket at a little shop in Kirkland, Wa. It's plaid in a light green and cream colored "fluffy" woven yarn. It has a "Handmade in Beara, Kentucky" label on it. I'm 79 yo now and it has been a comfort to me through 2 marriages, 2 bouts of cancer, and 6 different homes in 3 states. In almost daily use it has comforted me through grueling chemo and radiation treatments, warmed my body on chilly North Carolina nights, and gave me peace when at my lowest.I met the man of my dreams at 60 yo and he has made all my dreams come true. We share this afghan at night when we cuddle up in bed. Whoever wove this blanket has given me years of pleasure.Thank you so muchKathleen Godwin

Have been shopping here for many years. Neil and Mary are first class artists in multiple disciplines including weaving, crafts and music. Great place to stop in and listen to the antique hammered dulcimer Mary has in the store. Also consider the cornhusk dolls which Mary continues to make - each is unique and expertly crafted.

This is a local business in Berea Old Town area. The owners are so welcoming and have been weaving for the many years now. The location is perfect because there are many other interesting local shops in Old Town. You will enjoy your experience here very much because of the owners, because they do everything themselves they have a story for every artifact they sale. Is more than a shopping experience is more about their history it's pretty amazing and shops like this are hard to find.
