DO NOT USE AAA FOR HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE — THEY’LL SCREW YOU OVER
I don’t usually leave reviews, but what AAA has put us through has been absolutely unacceptable. We trusted them to protect our home, and they completely dropped the ball.
The writing agent, Jessica Flynn, has been a totally unresponsive, useless, and basically MIA when we needed her the most. No calls, no updates, no help. We were left scrambling for answers while AAA twiddled their thumbs.
The entire process has been infuriating and exhausting, and it’s clear that no one there gives a damn about their customers once they’ve got your money. For a company that pretends to care about service, this was a joke — and not a funny one.
AAA is incompetent, negligent, and not worth a single cent, even if you think you’re saving money.
If you’re thinking about trusting them with your home, don’t. Run the other way. This has been one of the worst decisions we’ve ever made.

Absolutely do NOT use AAA for homeowners insurance.
I never write reviews, but what AAA has done to us is completely unacceptable and I feel obligated to warn others. They completely screwed us over, and the experience has been beyond frustrating. The writing agent, Jessica Flynn, has been unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely lacking in communication. We were left in critical moments when we needed support and answers, and AAA was nowhere to be found.
For a company that prides itself on customer service, this has been the exact opposite. We trusted AAA with protecting our home, and they failed miserably. The level of incompetence and neglect we experienced is inexcusable.
Avoid this company at all costs—especially if you expect your agent to actually do their job. We deeply regret ever signing up with them. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Their services are not worth anything.. I only needed them one difficult time and they did not help me with anything. I was a member since 2014 until last week. I only needed them once, in the middle of the night, when my car broke down in Nashville, which is 55 miles from my home. I called them and they told me they only can tow my car for 5 miles for free, and then they would charge me $7 for every mile after that. Which total of $350 plus tax fee.
I had to stay the night in my car and tow it next day in the morning using local towing company for $150 only.
I feel bad I paid AAA all these years and didn’t get any worth of services from them. They are sucks .

Thanks you Jessica for helping me with my insurance switch over. Knowing I will be saving almost $600 a year on my insurance. Is a huge help. You are the best. AAA is fortunate to have an employee like you. You're the best

I don’t recommend this business at all specifically this location. Every time I’ve called them to ask a question about the increases on my bill. I met with a snotty unprofessional agent on the other side. This has happened 100% of the time. I’m not sure what’s going on, but these are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. it baffles me every time I call to ask a question that I have a right to know they feel the need to be rude and combative. Yes, I’m calling because I have a question and I might be a little angry if my rate increases, but explain it to me , don’t get snotty with me.let’s talk and not treat the customer as if I’m already in the wrong.

I really have to brag on your service rep who came to my rescue today. My car broke down and I called your service. I’ve never needed a tow truck before and didn’t know what to expect. The driver’s name was Shane and he was wonderful. So courteous and professional!! I immediately felt everything was going to be all right. I want to let the company know that you have a top notch employee to make you proud. Thank you AAA and Shane.

I got a flat tire and my spare wouldn't be safe to drive on. Called AAA and they informed me a driver would be with me in less than an hour. After sitting in my car for 2 hours with no updates I finally got a notification saying driver had arrived. Upon looking at the drivers location he wasn't even close to me. After 3 hours of sitting on the roadside I finally got home. I can't even file a complaint within their website. I've never had a problem with AAA in the 4 years of membership, but a 3 hour wait time to get towed is completely unacceptable.

Very disappointed from some the oversights our travel agent made. They managed to not inform us about restrictions that started in hawaii as soon as we landed, also neglected to inform us we would be without transportation for several things we had planned. Recommend you book your trip by yourself or go somewhere else altogether.
