I would leave a negative star, but it doesn't have that option. I bought a DeWalt 2-tool combo kit on July 3rd. I've been trying to return it ever since. The rude little cashier boy made me open the box. And still, the tools have never been opened. When I went into the store to return it, he said smartly that they didn't accept returns of any power tool kind. When I asked for a manager, I'm going to guess she wasn't a manager either. I still haven't gotten any answer as to what to do with this item. Seeing no other Aces want it either. Terrible business. I'll never buy anything again in here.

Don’t buy power tools from this store. Never used the tool. Still new in the box, ended up not needing it. Any other store says they would return it if I bought it from their store. This store refuses.

I came here to get white paint for my brand new American home until I went and asked an employee, and while they were looking for the paint, they spilled it all over the floor, including me!!! Their tag name was Jackson. I am very disappointed about ruining my boots over an employee ????????

Returned to have a house key recently made there checked out because it wouldn’t work. An employee says she saw the problem & would remake another. After cutting the replacement key I was told a charge was due. I didn’t feel like I owed anything for corrected key. So I left without a working key. This type of service will keep me from wanting to return to Ace Hardware for any future purchase. The location was 3170 Louisville Road, BG KY. My contact # was given to the employee that waited on me.
