Good store, friendly staff, but the key reader kept giving me the wrong kind of key. I had to bring it back because it didn't fit. It gave me a 73 and my key takes a 65

Prices are a little high, selection is a little thin, but the staff is friendly, helpful when you need them, and a hell of a lot faster than going to the big box stores. When she learn what they have in stock and what they don't, they are definitely convenient!

Horrible customer service, I was in the store for at least 10 to 15 minutes looking like a deer in the headlights trying to find the correct chain for my chain saw. The associates weren't helping any other customers and I didn't even as much as get greeted. Not to mention all the chain saw chains looked like someone put them in a snow globe and shook it. I ended up having to drive to the other side of town to Wright implement and got phenomenal customer service for my Stihl products.

Very rude personnel as cashier. I placed the small screws I was purchasing on the counter and waited as no one was up front. When someone finally came, they told me to move to another register. The small screws are not being scanned so I did not move them over to the other register, as there is no point in picking them twice. This enraged the young cashier, apparently, and he was rude with attitude the remainder of the transaction. When I asked for a bag, he through one down and walked off. I’ll never return. Yeah, let’s go to Ace to pay more and get terrible service.

The gentleman at the counter was very helpful with my purchase of grass seed.. He gave me the sale price that just ended. He honored the twenty dollar discount. Awesome

The people at Ace are always knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a grill and a griddle, they assembled it all and delivered the next day. If there are any issues, they always go the extra mile to make it right. Their customer service truly is excellence. I'm a customer for life.
