I wanted to buy some Scott center pull paper towels that were shown to be in stock at the 31w bypass bowling green location. I live about 40 minutes from the store so I went to pick up these paper towels and the girl I spoke with at the counter could not find a location and recommended I speak with a manager the next day so I did and the lady manager said they were for store use only even though it showed there were 4 units in stock and available for pickup. I asked if I could purchase 1 box since we have an item number and price per the website and she said no. Honestly she was neither nice about it nor friendly at all and to be honest I don’t see myself ever going back to this store especially after making a trip out there to purchase the towels then being put off a extra day then to be rudely denied the ability to pickup theses towels. I realize this may not be very important to the manager but I needed these for the restroom at our church and now we wont have any and it was very unavoidable. I’m very disappointed in this store, especially the service of the manager and my entire experience! I have been a loyal Ace customer for years and have spent a lot of money with Ace but this experience is almost to much to get over.

This location has the best selection of slices and rubs in Bowling Green. The manager is amazing and the staff is friendly. You don’t have to search for an employee for help…they are right there waiting to help.

DO NOT GET KEYS MADE HERE THEY WILL NOT WORK!
I've purchased multiple sets of keys and either the reps dont know how to properly use the machine or the machine sucks.
As a business this just wastes my time for no reason
