These people are terrific! We rented for 3 yrs and all of our stuff was in perfect condition; no pests - of any kind. The management was always kind and understanding, even went out of their way for us. I tell everyone to rent from them (the best prices around) and they won't regret it.

Property managers were always polite and pleasant. Rent was reasonably priced for climate control. Stored for over seven months, from July through March, and had no issues of pests or poor environmental conditions. Would definitely store with them again.

We've had a storage unit here for over 4 years and couldn't be happier! The customer service is amazing and we know that our belongings are safe and secure there.

I can’t tell you how much I love this place and the lady that runs it is absolutely the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. I’ve moved units seamlessly and she’s always there if I need assistance. I highly recommend acorn storage.

Communication and customer service are excellent. The lanes are tight if you have a large truck/trailer. They run a class act storage unit business. Now that we've moved to the area, we will definitely recommend to others and do business with them again.

Amber from ABC came in absolute clutch regarding my move out from WKU. I had agreed on a storage unit with someone but the plan fell through the day I was supposed to store my items. I had nowhere else to put them and Amber helped me immensely by driving all the way to this storage facility and helping me open up an account the same day. I would have been in a mess if it wasn't for this facility!

This storage unit is allowing makayla brown a ex of mine that has stolen belongs out of my house in the pass and who has now stolen more of my stuff which she is keeping in this storage unit I spoke with the lady at the front desk and she pretty much laughed at me all want is my stuff

Monica is the best.
She was always super helpful and so sweet when it came to anything I needed! If I ever need a unit again I'll contact them! Very clean space always kept them clear of bugs never had to worry with anything here!
