“I lived in this apartment 11 years ago. At that time, I paid $1,200 for 2 Bed & 2 Bathroom and today I checked the monthly rental fee. So, I think the rental fee is reasonable.”

“I moved in on October 20th! The floors are redone super nice. It’s a quiet area love that. The employees seemed very nice. I had Taylor helping me and she was so sweet. I think me my husband and our 15 month old will love this place! The cabins in the kitchen are a bit outdated and squeak a bit but other than that the apartment is fantastic.”

“I am a single mom with a young child. I was very anxious looking for a new place to call home when I moved to Bowling Green. I toured a handful of places in the area but as soon as I met Kelli I knew I found my new home at Fairways. There is so much green space and it is more of a community than an apartment complex. There are so many community events not to mention the personal relationship that Kelli offers each of her tenants. I borrowed an ACTUAL cup of milk from her a couple of nights ago and I’ve never felt so at home. She is truly a god send.”

“The office staff has always been very nice and super helpful. Our daughter likes her apartment, and it is VERY convenient to her classes. Also, they allow pets, which was a MUST when considering places for our daughter to live while at WKU.”
