So do you know what you get when you walk into a business expecting yourself out of the people who are employed there? Frustrated which is a really familiar feeling given this position I'm in. There's a stark difference between people who are in the position they are in because they are incredibly knowledgeable and natural problem solvers and then there are people who are simply employed. The people with tonight are employees. I need a specific document for my issue and they simply don't have it because my service was initiated with a third-party authorized seller at Sam's Club for AT&T obviously. And because of that, they are absolutely absolved of any accountability. Everyone is just chilling when I come in, and they remain doing that but act like I'm bothering them. "Like what do you want us to do?" "Who is the account holder?" (I guess I didn't have that account holder energy) but they don't even want to explore solutions. There is zero effort. I'm told I need to go back to Sam's Club even though I tell them I've been back numerous times and there's nothing new to bestow upon. These reps are there to sell service and you acting like this specific document is only there at Sam's on Thursdays at 1:49pm and can only be given by some dude named Gavin. I know as soon as I walked out of the door, it was probably relief like man. I'm glad he's gone, but it doesn't force you to look at what just happened. Obviously, I have a unique situation and to better serve not only your own knowledge bank, but customers who may find themselves in the same situation, nothing inside you wants to find out how to resolve my dilemma. Got three people chomping at the bit to speak and talk over me, but they don't have any answers. They are speaking to me like I'm not understanding. They're just trying to be heard like they offered something. Store full of incompetence.

I came to upgrade my device and Kai the store rep that helped me was great! They helped me transfer everything quickly and easily! Had a great experience!

I was happy to find this store conveniently located on my daily work and home path. It does not, however, provide a phone upgrade service because “It’s a retail store not a corporate store,” as told to me by a helpful gal who seemed to be in charge. I gave it only two stars because under the “services” tab in this app, this and the corporate store on the other end of Campbell Lane have the same service listings. Please make these distinctions clear on this site for the next person.

I went into AT&T and got a quote to compare prices to T-Mobile- in hopes of lowering my phone bill , and to see if I can get fiber internet at my residence. I worked with Robin; she built a great quote for me and was very friendly and gave outstanding customer service. She was very knowledgeable on the service she sold for AT&T, I’d ask for her next time you visit the store.

Came in to this location just to think about switching. Robin was awesome she took her time explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. While i didn't end up switching her patience was remarkable.

Store is always clean and well put together. Staff is very friendly and always doing everything they can to help out when we have issues. Management is top tier and their employees are exceptional! 100% recommend this store for ALL AT&T needs :)

I had a great experience here! I came to them asking to switch from Verizon to AT&T and they helped me throughout the whole process. Got an upgraded phone and made new friends while here! Super friendly, comforting, and patient staff! I would highly recommend coming to this AT&T!

Wonderful service! Everyone was super polite, O’Shean and Sheri are the best. They were super informative and a huge help in fixing our problem and getting us taken care of. Will be going to this store and asking for them from now on! Fast, polite, couldn’t recommend them enough!
