We went in last night and Timmy helped me and my husband. He explained everything to us so nicely, greeted us at the door, and answered all of our questions. He made our experience super easy! I highly recommend this location and asking for Timmy!

These people are professional scammers. I went to trade in my old phone which had already been paid off for a new phone. When I tried to pay off my new phone in full they told me that they would not honor the credit for the phone I had just traded into them. Avoid doing any business with these people.

Went in to the store this morning at 8:30 to get my upgrade. There were three employees working with three customers. There were three customers waiting in front of me. One and a half hour later, the three people waiting in front of me left because of the long wait. Finally, I gave up and left, too. Very poor service.

Our rep was helpful and courteous. Only 2 issues. 1) They were very busy (good for them) yet they need a sign-in for customer waiting. The reps don't need to stop what they're doing to sign ppl in.
2) We were ready to purchase new phones and there were none in stock. So...to another store we go.

I went and brought my daughter and myself new IPhones. Tyra was there and readily available to help and answer any questions that I had. Tyra was very knowledgeable and informative about the electronics she within the ATT store. Will go to her again when we need new electronics or upgrades.

I gave this location 5 stars because of the exceptional customer service i receive from Tyra Pearson. Tyra is extremely knowledgeable, she is very patient and she definitely makes sure you are satisfied with everything before you walk out the door. This location needs employees like Tyra
