One of their representatives added a line not tied to an actual phone to our account that was charging us $50/month. When I noticed this extra charge I went in to resolve this issue they referred me to 611 ATT customer service and said they could not (or would not) reimburse me. After speaking with ATT directly, they also would not reimburse me for this extra line. ATT and this store are horrible businesses. If you must use ATT just avoid this store and their misleading representatives.

Always dread going into the ATT store, but yesterday we visited the ATT in BG and Hunter was absolutely amazing.

Here lately, when I go in, the waiting time is short, now I say that and today when I go in it will be long! Lol. But I got to go. When you get the right person it will go great.

I experienced politeness and Professionalism from the young man that assisted me during my visit. He was very knowledgeable of the issue with my phone and solved the issue expeditiously.

Called the store to see if they had an ultra two watch. Was told yes. Drove 30 minutes to the store checked in and told them I wanted the ultra two. Waited over and hour and the same lady that checked me in Sheri stated that she didn’t think the had one. Said she had to check safe to see. Twenty minutes later she still didn’t get back to me and told me they had none. The salesman’s name is Sheri and she is the same one the I called and she said they had it and I told her that was what I needed when she checked me in. She confronted with the facts she denied telling me that they had it and couldn’t explain why she didn’t tell me when she checked me in. Wasted two hours of my time and failed to accept responsibility for her actions. Very unprofessional and walked away from me immediately when I confronted her with her lies. I would not use this store unless it was a last resort . Bad store management and will follow up with a complaint to corporate and actual store management. I don’t expect an apology but hopefully this will prevent people having to not deal with this totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior in the future.

I hate this store. While I’ve had good interaction with staff there before, last night was infuriating. Staff was rude from the time I walked in the door til the time I left. Clayborn was bound and determined he was going to find a loop hole in not exchanging my car charger that was sold to me there a few weeks ago which was completely unused (and useless to me because it won’t fit my car outlet). Knew he was trying to play games about it from the start. Management isn’t any help either and seriously lacking in customer service skills. Will try to avoid this store like the plague.

Our representative Connor was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He addressed our reason for our visit and was able to explain the new iPhone it's features without a bunch unnecessary information. We came to the store after what can only be described as a terrible visit at the Sam's club att. The visit we had at the att Sam's location actually had us considering another wireless provider but the professional and knowledgeable representative had us reconsider and renew our service with att.

Wonderful customer service and the representatives are very informative. The wait time might be long at times, but that's what you get when the store is structured to be efficient with customer service. Thanks for all of the help through the years I've had AT&T!

John assisted me as soon as I walked in the store. Very professional. And like he is supposed to, he was the only salesperson welcoming every customer as they came in the door.

Jonathan and Aaron were wonderful with me. I could not have asked for better service than they provided to me. I was quite frustrated with my previous attempts to get resolution for my issues but they were so helpful and made me feel like they really cared about me, and worked diligently to assist me. I am thankful.
