Jonmichaela where do I begin what an awesome lady! Helped me get my bill lower and cancel 2 watches we didn’t need service on that we didn’t use. Helped me get a better plan for unlimited. Beautiful kind soul that woman is. We need more people like her at every place of business that helps the public!

Update: Today, my wife and I visited this same AT&T store. With same sales person. It was an absolute nightmare. My wife purchased an apple iPhone and a portable speaker. During the time she's had the phone, it's been nothing but trouble. Today, we went to this store as stated with the same sales rep. This time, she didn't or refused to help my wife with this phone, and she was extremely rude
and disrespectful. When my wife asked who her supervisor was, She refused to give her supervisors name. At that, she was going to call security my wife tol her to go ahead, she didn't. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this store. Especially with this sales rep. Neither my wife nor I deserved to be treated this way. I would like to see her counseled or terminated.

We had to switch over to new internet, switch over 4 phones, AND traded in 2 phones. JonMichaela was such an all-star! She was patient with helping us out and taking care of other customers.
