I arrived in TN in Oct. where I purchased my car. Still with no helpful service. I came to Jim Johnson seeking help in this process. I now have my car back within a week of initial contact. “Had a truck in their service shop and they did a good job with repair. However while our truck was in there they accidentally scratched the hood of our truck. It was a small scratch, that we may not have noticed. However they let us know, and paid for us to get it fixed at a body shop. Trust worthy place and means a lot that they would come clean on an accident they made.”
“As a traveler, you are always concerned of a breakdown on the road, where to go snd getting gouged because you're at the mercy of the repair shop . We'll that some of that scenario came true. Travelling through Bowling Green, I called these guys with 2 hours left on their day on a Friday when my ac quit working. Without hesitating they had me bring it in, ran the checklist and charged my system. They did what they could considering the time frame, professionally and at a reasonable price. This was old school ethics, and that is something that you always want to hold on to.”

Their customer service was awesome ( Lady who works the front desk was especially helpful) They were nice on the phone while I badgered them for updates because I missed my car. They gave me an accurate completion date. They went the extra mile and when I noticed a defect when I came in to pick it up they fixed it completely and even gave me a ride back to work since I had turned in my rental. Highly recommend. “Great experience. My sons battery was acting up at school and I took it to have it tested. They ran through the paces and it was indeed bad. They had a 3 year battery for under 250 bucks and I was out in a flash!!
I also grabbed a few other necessities for a altenator and serpentine belt change. They had all that as well. Was easy peasy.”

“I was in BG today for some doctor appointments and my car battery died at the med center parking garage. I am not from BG and anyone who could help me was over an hour away. I was really upset and panicking and walked into this location. The guys were more than nice to me and drove back to the parking deck and jump started my car they even recommended to get my battery tested and installed a new one for me. This was an experience that was very stressful for me and I know little about cars. If it weren’t for them I would have been stuck for hours. “The only parts house in Bowling Green that understand you don't always have to have year, make and model of vehicle to find parts. Don't even think about trying to find parts for a car engine that may be in a chipper or a different model vehicle than it originally came out of because the other places don't even know where to start.”

“Great people to work with! I had two claims with my ins co: one for a front bumper replacement and the other for the quarter panel for the back of my car. I dropped off my vehicle along with my deductible payment to start the work and they finished in a few days because I was going out of town. Vehicle looked great!
For the second claim, I had to go out of town and dropped my vehicle off to be worked on while I was gone. It wasn't ready when I got back because the shop was closed due to the weather – a cold front with snow came through. There were about 51 hrs left of work to be done. So, they needed a full week to finish the job. By the following Monday, my vehicle was ready by noon. It looked like a brand new car.
Mike was easy to work with and delivered.”

“Started to go to work Saturday morning and wouldn't you know it the red devil wouldn't start. Knew it wasn't the battery after the owner of batteries plus installed it himself less than a year ago. Had it towed in today after most everyone I know said go to Precision. The staff was friendly and efficient getting back to me with a quote for my ignition switch within a couple hours. Once I ok'd the fix it was less than 2 hours before the red devil was back in my hands. The folks at Precision auto made a rotten situation quick and easy and relatively painless!”
