Called Blossman to get propane service when temps dropped drastically. Even though they were super busy Kathy went out of her way to help get me set up. She did a great job!

If I could give them 0 stars I would they don’t even deserve one star. The manager in Bowling green ky handled a situation with zero professionalism and he treats his employees like garbage. If they get hurt and tell them they are going to the dr then they want a note. My husband provided a note but apparently it wasn’t good enough for him so he threatened to terminate him. So over all I don’t recommend anyone to work for them!

I have used them when they were miller's bottled gas. 15 years we have used them! And now as blossman they are still amazing. I have used them for my home tank. I have a carpet cleaning company, and our vans run off of propane. They always take care of us with fills, emergency leaks and etc. I now have a new food truck coming and will only use them. They are always so helpful and the ladies and guys in the office are friendly and amazing!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Long story short, during a home sale, I was never provided with a copy of the customer agreement, even when I went into the business to setup auto pay for budgeted billing (in other words, I never signed an agreement personally. Apparently they allow others to speak on your behalf, which would have been fine had I gotten a copy of the agreement as well). I have never missed a payment with this company. Originally, my tank was filled in December. They came and refueled my tank in February (when it didn’t even need refilled) because their policy states the customer be worry free (this is in the agreement I never received or had any idea existed). They didn’t notify me of the refueling, and on my account, everything looked kosher. They refilled again in October (which I did authorize via email). I was then hit with a $1,000+ bill yesterday because my “budgeted billing” didn’t cover the fueling in February and October and the budgeted period ended Dec 1. If I was notified in February of the charge for fueling, I could have upped my monthly payments to cover the difference. This is sneaky and I would hate for others to get caught in this situation. If you’re getting fuel from them, especially during a home sale, be sure to get a copy of an agreement that you’re supposed to have when they have you come in!
UPDATE: I was contacted by someone who was snarky and rude. “ It sounds like you no longer need this fuel and do not intend to use it .” was one of the lines in his response. Well, it’s December and pretty cold and that’s how I rely on heat, and nowhere did I ever say that I didn’t need it. I said it was misleading that your company refuels accounts without customer knowledge and doesn’t update the “budgeted billing” accounts to reflect said refills, making and astronomical amount due at the end of the budget period. Like I said, AVOID THIS COMPANY.
