Walked in at 515pm, was told it should only be only a minute as there is only one person in front of you, 35 minutes later we were told you're going to have to come back tomorrow we dont have time to help you today.

We have been with Verizon for years and never received the amazing service we did yesterday by Alana. She spent 3 hours with us buying 3phones and 2 watch6s all while keeping us up to speed on the cost and activation. She made sure all my apps and photos transferred over and answered all our idiot questions with a smile ? will definitely be returning! Thanks Alana!

They forgot to give my 88 year old dad everything he needed for his phone to work..When he went back in they put him in a queue behind people.Nope, your fault, fix him before you move on.Still waiting...I've recommended a better service for him...

This store and "customer service" plain sucks. Find another location to deal with - or better yet, get rid of Verizon like I'm doing. Long time customer with SIX devices on a plan that the idiotic store employees refused to do a simple thing and the right thing to replace a phone that was sent to the store via an insurance claim...even though the store employee provided the store address as the location to send it to! They had the phone but refused to turn it over to my daughter because it was addressed to my name - the account owner - even though I made her an account manager, was on FaceTime with them offering my ID, and VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE was also telling them to give her the phone! What a bunch of a-holes.

Recently upgraded my phone. My good deal to upgrade to a new phone wasn't explained clearly enough as far as my billing changes, and now I'm paying way more per month than I expected. In the future I will be prepared to pay the difference for the phone rather than paying monthly on my bill for it.

Verizon customer support is "unable" to help me because I "need a new sims card". Can't do it over the phone because they say I need another phone but I only own one phone. So support said they marked me down to get a new sims I only had to go to the store no questions asked (word for word what they said). I show up and I'm refused service because I'm not the account holder. The "account holder" is my father in hospice 3 states away even though I pay the bill and had the phone on the account along with a photo ID that matches the name on the account. They didn't care and acted like I was trying to get into Fort Knox even though VERIZON SUPPORT LITERALLY TOLD ME TO GO THERE???. So version phone support can't help me and these people refuse to help me. I'm actually forced to switch to ATT which is just WILD. Additionally it's asinine how large their sign is out front. You cannot see oncoming traffic and a pedestrian was almost hit because it blocks everything to the left when you're pulling out. An extreme danger to customers and I'm like 90% sure it's illegally close as well. Anywho, 0/10 would not go here to deal with the rude and lazy "workers" here.

Walked in at 5:50pm. Store closed at 6:00pm. Asked to buy a new phone. Was told I will have to return tomorrow because she did not have time to sell me a phone before closing at 6pm because the phone would have to be "updated". Very disappointing. Drove 30 minutes to get to this store. I could have "updated" the phone myself.

Im a little late on this review but I just wanted to say thank you Wes and thank you Ashley for the amazing customer service Wes especially not only was he patient but he was, funny, very kind, and knowledgeable. If you guys come in ask for Wes! And another thanks to Ashley Wes had to leave so Ashley took his spot she was wonderful too we talked a lot and she was patient with us as well my phone was having some issues and could tell we were going to be there for a while but never once showed bad customer service, her energy is very bright too! So thank you Wes and Ashley for making my experience phenomenal. Ask for them guys !!

VZW apparently can’t do anything if your phone is messed up without your minor child’s phone. & don’t try to go in person cause you have your ID and that’s a no duh way of verifying identity. They still can’t do anything without a pin. & when you confront them about the idiocy of their policies that prevent common sense. They have managers that tell you you’re gonna be paying one amount and then a hour and a half later when you actually get a sales rep, they tell you it’s gonna be that and then some.Would not recommend this company. Wil be switching

My iphone was stolen and the assistance at this location was amazing. They knew enough about the apple ecosystem to ensure I was safe once my new phone was set up. They even helped me wipe the stolen device! Thank you!
