This store and "customer service" plain sucks. Find another location to deal with - or better yet, get rid of Verizon like I'm doing. Long time customer with SIX devices on a plan that the idiotic store employees refused to do a simple thing and the right thing to replace a phone that was sent to the store via an insurance claim...even though the store employee provided the store address as the location to send it to! They had the phone but refused to turn it over to my daughter because it was addressed to my name - the account owner - even though I made her an account manager, was on FaceTime with them offering my ID, and VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE was also telling them to give her the phone! What a bunch of a-holes.

Verizon customer support is "unable" to help me because I "need a new sims card". Can't do it over the phone because they say I need another phone but I only own one phone. So support said they marked me down to get a new sims I only had to go to the store no questions asked (word for word what they said). I show up and I'm refused service because I'm not the account holder. The "account holder" is my father in hospice 3 states away even though I pay the bill and had the phone on the account along with a photo ID that matches the name on the account. They didn't care and acted like I was trying to get into Fort Knox even though VERIZON SUPPORT LITERALLY TOLD ME TO GO THERE???. So version phone support can't help me and these people refuse to help me. I'm actually forced to switch to ATT which is just WILD. Additionally it's asinine how large their sign is out front. You cannot see oncoming traffic and a pedestrian was almost hit because it blocks everything to the left when you're pulling out. An extreme danger to customers and I'm like 90% sure it's illegally close as well. Anywho, 0/10 would not go here to deal with the rude and lazy "workers" here.

The woman that waited on me was very polite and respectful. I was weighing out my options and told her I was doing so. After the deal they offered me, I'm definitely going back to place my business here.

My iphone was stolen and the assistance at this location was amazing. They knew enough about the apple ecosystem to ensure I was safe once my new phone was set up. They even helped me wipe the stolen device! Thank you!

Horrible customer service! HorribleThey don’t have cash to give people their refunds but when it comes to people paying them we can pay cash! If your store doesn’t have money you should close the business down smh

Go find another carrier if you're in Bowling Green. Lazy staff. Long wait times. You most likely will just end up leaving with nothing because the staff just doesn't care. Twice I've gone in, with an appointment, twice I've been told I'm next, and every time they help 3-4 other customers and I end up leaving after an hour of standing around. I've got better things to do with my day, and if Verizon doesn't want my money, so be it.

I am a buyout from Bluegrass Cellular. I was skeptical of the buyout, but as of today we have had nothing but great service from the company. We had to go to the regional office last week about our plan. The employees were very knowledgeable and very helpful to get my wife and I a plan to fit our needs.

It seems that Verizon gets your billing information and when you give them your bank information they help them to all of your money. My daughter gets a disability check and they took all of her money without a signed agreement that they could. Tried calling them to get it straightened out but when the subjects came up,they hung up on her,not once but several times. When you go to get your phones,don't use your bank information your bank account, use cash, get it from the bank cash.

They really went above and beyond. They extended my bill three times to a later date so my service wouldn't get disconnected.

I had a great experience at this cellular sales Verizon location. The sales representative I spoke with was very helpful in helping me find the best phone for me. He was also very kind, as were the other sales reps in store, and they really spread the Christmas cheer!

I have never been treated so poorly by a business that provides services in my life. Absolutely the most apathetic and rude people I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and pick another place to go for help.
