Worst place you can ever get a service plan never get one from them, it’s a act of congress just to get a transfer pin to switch over from a phone you have to turn off and turn back on just to get text and calls you missed because it won’t go through I am telling you it’s the worst service ever period.

I unexpectedly had to spend a couple hours here today switching over from AT&T. I had the pleasure of meeting Asia who was SO kind and welcoming! I had to wait on hold with AT&T and other things and chatted with her like we’d known each other for years. She was so friendly to everyone else who came in. Sometimes you just really need a little kindness and it made my day so much better. Thank you Asia!

I had a broken phone needed to order new one. I called Campbell lane at nov 22 at 11:30 and the woman answered yelling rudely boost mobile. I asked if she was ok. She was hateful and not helpful at all. I called customer service and ordered the phone online. I'm thinking about switching to someone with polite and helpful people in their store

Boost Mobile has officially served up the ABSOLUTE WORST experience in over 24 years of having a cell phone. After switching to them online -- as in remitting payment -- they magically disappeared in terms of online customer service -- and took my $ without providing phone service.
Consequently, and though I'm handicapped and supposed to be resting up for surgery, I dragged my weary @ss to the local storefront on Campbell Lane.
Before I continue, I must add that Mary, the young woman who works there and desperately tried to help me for what turned out to be FOUR HOURS is NOT at fault. In fact, much of this time was her having to deal with inept corporate jerks on the phone in effort to help me leave with a working phone.
That said, Boost, as a company is AWFUL. My phone is stuck on emergency/911 only - no calls, texts, VM, etc. -- and they're not sure my phone number of 24+ years will ever work again as in "they're keeping it. Company policy." -- Their words. Not mine.
UPDATE: it's illegal for any phone company to withhold your number. Contact the FTC and FCC if it happens to you.
Run. Don't walk away from Boost.
But if you need a great employee, hire Mary!
