  Recently moved to the area and of course had to visit my favorite store! I fell in love with a pair of boots a must have! My husband of course went back later to purchase (having no clue except color 😉) Sonya the store manager was so kind and helpful! She went above and beyond with her customer service and really made my day brighter! Thank you Sonya!🩵

  Sonya is an amazing Manager. There was an issue within the store that was addressed promptly, and I truly appreciated her help. We shop at boot barns all over the south and this store is my personal favorite from here on out! Thank you Sonya!

  Even though you buy an item with your account you can't return it and get your cash back if you lose the receipt though that was the point of having a store account you can look at the account and see i bought them at your store I have spent over 10k in boot barn but after this I will not spend a dime here ever again

  Boot barn has gotten me through a hard time,when i needed retail therapy boot barn was there. They always have the cutest clothes ever and shoes! Can’t forget about their amazing employees who literally picked out a pair of boots for me and they fit perfectly and sit will on me and go with every outfit! I just love the Boot Barn in Bowling Green. Manager Sonya was a great help and a great laugh to have with. Thank you Boot Barn for fulfilling my needs

  Boot Barn customer service sucks. Let’s start there. In regards to the Bowling Green location I hope you like wide square toe boots as that’s all they stock. Very few choices outside Boot Barn owned footwear and most are cheap. Clothing is better than the boot selections but you can get Ariat and Wrangler at Stockdale’s and they are much friendlier. Staff at BB is condescending in regards to boot fit and materials. I had to educate the GM on what rough out leather was but you’re supposed to know about boots?? Okay. Also, I had a merchandise credit for returning a pair of boots and when I last used it had a balance of $105. Went to use the rest of it and no balance. The $105 disappeared even though I have receipts and a BB customer account. Was told to call BB customer service directly and have been told on 4 different occasions they can’t pull up the info on that card because that person “doesn’t have the clearance to look up those details” but I never get a call back. Enjoy my hard earned $105 Boot Barn. Tecovas and Ariat, stores and online, blow Boot Barn out of the water in regards to value, quality and customer service. Nashville is a short drive from BG for two Tecovas stores and an Ariat brand store. Go enjoy a day trip to Nashville and skip this joke of a store and company.

  Extremely rude, they don't seem to know half of what they are doing especially when it comes to orders, and the manager cussed my husband when requesting a refund for a service we never received. Will never spend another dime at BootBarn.

  I wish I had a fat wallet! Loved loved loved everything in here! And the employees were not pushy or ever snoopy. Enjoyed my visit.
