The workout facility has everything needed, is clean and spacious, and is an incredible value compared to other gyms. The staff are lovely, always willing to help, and very kind and informative. The admin office staff are helpful, nice, and professional, and are a pleasure to talk to during community events. They have a lot of different equipment, offer many classes, and have a seniors silver sneakers program. The store also sells well-arranged flowers and is perfect for gifts.
