Absolutely do NOT recommend Cabela’s in Bowling Green Ky. Very rude and unprofessional employees working at the firearms counter. We will NOT ever be back. After seeing these reviews it looks like I’m not the only one to have had a bad experience with them.

Second time of purchasing a firearm at this store. Bad experience yesterday as well as the first time. The person checking me out was not friendly at all, same as the last time. I thought it would be different this time, but it wasn't. All the questions made me feel like I was a criminal trying to buy a gun! Not going back to this store despite being a club member. There are plenty of other dealers available elsewhere...Cabela's should be ashamed of having these pathetic employees working for them.

Great place for sporting goods. Employee disappeared after providing directions and didn't follow up at all, not once. Fortunately, this wonderful gal came to help even though it wasn't her area which is the only reason I stayed to spend money! I don't believe any business should be willing to lose a sale due to their employees lack of interest. What the heck guys??

Rude workers, wanted to see my husband try on a shirt and couldn’t. The “rules” on the outside didn’t say anything about it! Could’ve been a little nicer in the approach.

I purchased a safari hat to wear this summer. The store is well stocked with many items. The employees were helpful and friendly. I was surprised when I received a military discount. I look forward to returning to Cabela's.
