I love shopping at this CVS! Everything is so easy to find and the cashiers are so nice!

My mail order medication was delivered there. CVS Specialty confirmed the date, time, location at the Lovers Lane store, and even the signatory of the delivery. When I called the store days later asking why I was not notified of the delivery days earlier, the store tech was flippant with me and insisted the medication was not there. CVS Specialty had to call the store to prove it was delivered, and the store still insisted that the medication was not there. Only after considerable pressure did the store search again and of course, the medication was found and had been there for days. An hour and half of wasted time to resolve. World's worst pharmacy manager who accepts no responsibility, does not train, and does not care.

I can not in anyway recommend the use of the cvs pharmacy nation wide system and certainly not the CVS on Lover's Lane in Bowling Green KY. My primary complaint is that the cvs automated system has informed me on multiple occasions that my needed prescriptions would be ready for pick up at this location by a given time, but after driving to the store through very heavy traffic to obtain the medications have learned the prescriptions were not actually ready. On each occasion I had waited a least one or two days after the cvs automated system told me the medications would supposedly be ready before attempting to pick them up. In each of these instances have been told by store staff that the preparations of the medications I needed would take 30 to 45 minutes. As a senior driver it is not easy for me to drive to this location due to heavy traffic as well as a very poor road system that leads to this store. This has been a consistent and very frustrating situation. I have a difficult time walking so use the drive up window. As a result of needing to use the drive up window I've needed to come back later and sit again in a long line of cars waiting for service at the drive up window. On one occasion I parked in their parking lot then went inside the store to sit down and just wait for the prescriptions to be prepared but that was also not good. In that case I waited a full hour standing up in the store since there was no place to sit. When I did finally hobble up to the inside pharmacy counter to get assistance I had to wait a very long time since the pharmacy staff was only focused on serving the drive up window. The staff person who finally did help me was obviously pissed that I had come inside the store for service. In each case the staff of this pharmacy has informed me that they are under staffed for the volume of business they have, they are sorry for the poor service being provided, sorry for their companies poor automated system, sorry, sorry, sorry, etc.... I can certainly agree with the depiction of their situation as being a very sorry one. I'm retired now but was an active health care professional for more than 40 years. So I find this type of "sorry" health care service performance an absolutely embarrassing situation. Well yet another example of how getting older is not for the faint of heart, not planning to use cvs in the future with the hopes of finding a better managed pharmacy system. A person in search of a little bit better than sorry pharmacy service.

This CVS closes for some time during the day. Me and my mom didn't know this and we came back to get the medicine she needed ASAP after surgery, that they said wasn't ready when we went earlier, and they were closed. Thank you CVS.

I was recently lost my insurance and was upset because my monthly prescription was now 15x as expensive, which I wasn't counting on. One of the employees--Haley--helped my find a coupon that almost halved my cost. I will definitely continue taking my business here because of this experience. The employees are very thoughtful and kind.

I mistakenly left my medications at home in Michigan. Panicked I called this CVS and spoke with a young lady in the pharmacy. She verified all my information and asked how long I'd be staying. She calmed me down and said she'd be able to get me enough medicine to last me until I returned home. I was so grateful and thankful for her patience, kindness, and efficiency!
