We switched to a company that gave a better quote, so our autopay stopped. This office sent one email about a small balance that we didn't see and sent us straight to collections without so much as a phone call or a single piece of mail from them. We would have paid it immediately and did as soon as we knew about it.I called and left a message for Christopher and never got a call back. I only got an email from Tiffany. I expressed the concern and never heard back. I had All State for over a decade in Arizona and had a great relationship with my local agent. Nothing like this.

Very professional and work very hard to make sure that customers are taken care of. I seem to find that email is a very helpful option of quick communication as opposed to calling getting lost in their system and sent to Allstate customer service, since they never receive that communication.

Its pretty sad that all my premiums were paid on time, never late. Then i had a claim earlier this year, a little less than $6500 of which i only recieved $2967.84 for the damages and Now im considered High Risk and your not renewing my policy. So yes im going to Refer everyone i know to you.

I constantly get spam calls from "Justin" about my auto warranty. I've gotten multiple calls a day for months, and have attempted to unsubscribe many many times. I followed the prompts and it led to this insurance company. The employee Michelle let me know that it is a third party company that gives them the "leads". If you hate being harassed by spam calls I recommend not using this agency as they are complicit in this harassment.

I called to get a quote for homeowners insurance and found myself pleasantly surprised. This All State office worked quickly to get me a great price for my homeowners insurance. They asked many questions regarding the needs of my family and were able to tailor make an exceptional quote. What’s even more surprising is that I live in Louisville, their office is Lexington. To me that is exceptional guest service.They have followed up to make sure things were ontarget.I don’t trust many but I trust them.

NO SHUTCH THING AS ACCIDENT FORGIVENESS. Been with this company for about three years. Was involved in an accident Christmas eve, got hit by another driver. This was my and only accident with this company. They raised my payment $32.00 a month about 25%they claim they don't raise your rates for your first accident. LIERS
