I was tripled charged for a phone upgrade. I noticed when I got home and checked my account. I was told to call the customer service number and was hung up on.

"EDITED" Called and staff was friendly and Knowledgeable over the phone . I Drove to the store( 45 mins) and was told something 100 percent different in Person. They did try I'll give them that . But they should be way More specific over the phone . Would still recommend. Godspeed

The Staff is very stupid! I wouldn't give a half of star the staff is rude.
They have taken money from my wife's credit card and they won't return the money!
They're angry at my wife and me because they don't want to help!

Bought my wife a samsung galaxy A03s to add her to my plan and it is the most terrible phone i bought in my life .
Staff is nice but phone is junk ..very slow and screen started flickering not even a month after we had it .
I advise everyone to try and get one online or so .something unlocked from at&t if you wanna add to cricket .
Never ever again!!!!
