I never receive notifications that medication is ready. Have to manually check the website. Finally checked and my medication was finally ready for pickup after 2 weeks of it being on order. Arrived at the store and was told the prescription had expired and was unavailable, despite the pharmacy tech holding the bottle in his hand.

I've never received such horrible service from a pharmacy in my entire lifetime! They're very rude and argumentative. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

THE WORST PHARMACY EVER !!
medicine was sent in at 11 am, everytime i called ( i would be on hold for at least 10 min each time ) they said it would be ready by 1. i went at 6 and NOTHING WAS THERE. they were out of stock of one and the other has to be shipped. the worst experience with the worst wait times. save your time and money and go somewhere else. truly awful.

It's difficult to give rating..the staff like Gracie are friendly and helpful..the manager is rude and not friendly..he needs to be like his staff..i.shop here a lot with coupons. He treats you like you're an inconvenience.. Staff 5 stars Manager one

I CANT REMEMBER THE LAST TIME THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW WAS OPEN AT THE BYPASS LOCATION ..ITS ALWAYS A HASSLE TO GET YOUR MEDS HERE AND A VERY LONG WAIT SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE HERE DRASTICALLY !!!

Awful. You literally have to harass them to fill a prescription. Called multiple times on hold for over 30 minutes no answer. Just to call corporate for corporate to tell me I need to go in there and “give them a push in person.” What a trash store. Worst CVS for prescriptions. Go anywhere else if you can.

They no longer have a drive through and make you wait HOURS in store for PICKUP no matter how long they have had your prescription. They DO NOT CARE about customers waiting, AT ALL. You are not priority, and the pharmacist is doing god knows what back there like a SNAIL and talking to herself while people just stand there. No line necessary, YOU WILL WAIT HOURS. Go to Sheldon’s instead. Walgreens & CVS can just be convenience stores but don’t use the pharmacy EVER. They’re not even open 24hrs anymore, SO NOT WORTH IT. Never again.
