After multiple times of failing to contact to get refills filled and frequent visits with the drive through or pharmacy closed and being told no it isn’t ready with no explanation as to why gets old. I admit I did leave a rather rude message but at the same time this location and the inability to be consistent or explanatory when I have to drive out there and to just not get my medication I am so over it and frustrated. I apologize for the rude message but honestly I’m just fed up.

The employees here are very unhelpful and accusatory. I attempted to purchase NyQuil and the employee accused me of being underaged after providing her with a valid drivers license.

The drive-thru is frequently closed. Came to get meds and found pharmacy not open on time. Rules change based on who is working. The call in number is always a huge wait, they did improve it with a voicemail box and call back option.
My latest interaction: Was told meds would be available next day at 9am, still not ready at 12:30. Was told to give 10 min and they’d be ready. Went back to pick up-they did not expedite the request took over 30.
Would 10/10 NOT recommend! Only use them because insurance requires I use them.

I waited all day for my prescription to get done so I drive 25miles up there to pick it up and there closed lack of staff they are saying now why didn't she tell me and plus I been out of my medicine for a few days now and have to drive back up here tomorrow just to pick up my medicine what is wrong with people in the world anymore like every one lives under a rock so un perfectional

Stopped in to pick up a few things we needed/forgot as we are passing through traveling. Convenient location to the hotel so that’s a plus. It was quiet, as we were the only patrons there, however it was 8 PM on a Saturday. No complaints.

I came to this CVS to get my flu and COVID shots. Sarah, the pharmacist who gave me the shots, was wonderful and so nice. I hate getting shots, but my experience here was fantastic!

I don't understand why this particular store is rated so low. In a year and a half, I have never had a bad experience. I've always been treated very well by all the staff and they are much faster to fill my medications than other pharmacies I've been to. I haven't a single complaint.....

If your meds are lifesaving don’t refill here. Med I use (and literally can’t eat without it) had to be ordered, which happens. Wait three days to get it, then when I come to pick it up im told technical difficulties and they can’t sell meds. This has happened to me three times the last year trying to pick up my meds. One time it was lightning struck the building and their stuff was down (for days) another time more technical difficulties. Someone’s got to figure out what the deal is with backup tehnology or people are literally going to die! SItting here starving because of their mess ups. don’t reccomend CVS Pharmacy ever. Basic cvs “what could go wrong”? EVERYTHING!!! Use Kroger or Walmart instead
