I have been bringing my daughter here for over a year. Great sports and agility training. The classes are geared towards their age group so they are getting age appropriate training and not doing too much before their bodies are ready. The groups are positive and they create their own team atmosphere very quickly. My daughter has progressed well. The owner Jacob and the staff are great! If you are looking for speed and agility training or workouts this is definitely the place!

D1 is the best place for you to train. It's been a great experience. The trainers have expertise, are attentive to specialized needs and are always willing to help. Highly professional staff. Workouts are varied, push you to towards excellence, and are backed by science to help you be your best. I would highly recommend you to check out D1 if you want to excel at your workout routine!

This place is awesome! I train in an older class and everyone is kind and helps me in the harder things. My coach, Coco, is great and makes sure even I can do things but doesn't change it up just for me.

After all the gym locations my wife and I tried throughout Bowling Green, D1 is by far the best we have found. The coaches pay close attention to each person making it great for ones like my wife and I who deal with back pain. Very friendly and great customer service. I would highly recommend D1 to anyone wanting to change their lifestyle.

Since the beginning of the semester (Which is 6weeks in) I’ve lost 15 pounds. I started eating keto from 1-7 roughly everyday and going to the D1 at 5:30 in the morning.
