While this store is in a friendly, connected, supportive community, some, not all, of the employees at this store are often rude and confrontational. I had an experience recently with a female employee claiming to be the manager, but DG HR should review the promotion process if huddling with two other female employees behind the counter eating Doritos at 9 am on a Sunday morning while calling this customer a liar is your idea of management material.
The male employee that works there, that I thought was the manager because of his positive interactions, (not present at the time of the incident above) offers customer service, is helpful, and always community oriented.
There is another DG near that takes me longer to get to, but it's worth the time and energy to get acceptable service.

Plano store, very messy needs help, shelf are empty product in the isles in your way...they need help other DG are not like this...

Great location!! Very nice and helpful staff!!! Truck days are rough on everyone but they still have great attitudes under stress and still very helpful!!! We are very grateful and happy you came to our neighborhood!!!!!!
