“Saturday morning Feb 7th my daughter who is a freshman at WKU called letting me know her car battery was dead. I drove over from Hopkinsville Kentucky in hopes to jump the car and take to her to get a new battery installed. I was unable to get parked next to her car in the parking garage. I went to batteries plus with the intention of buying a jump box. However after some discussion with Ray Howard he offered to lend me a unit to attempt to get her car started. After several attempts I was unable to get her car started. I returned the jump box and had a discussion with Johnny Simmons about some options. He offered to lend me some needed tools and a magnetic light for the job. I purchased the battery and with the tools provided changed her battery. When I returned the tools and the old battery they offered to have her bring the car by to check her charging system. Without the generous offers from Ray and Johnny I would not have been able to get her car started. Thank you both for the exceptional customer service.”
