Store 1804 has a Great Bunch of Nice Workers, I have read other reviews and couldn't resist to say that I have been to this location 365+ Times and have never had a bad experience of any sorts? So I would recommend before writing your reviews about places, Consider the experience not based off of your entitlements mentality and actual write about the experience, I have bee in here on multiple times and people are rude and extremely disrespectful of the team, if your in a Hurry come earlier and if you come and there is one person either go somewhere else or be patient, I spend thousands of dollars yearly, and I can't expect them to drop everything cause I walk in door, If your coming to a place to get your ego boosted stay at home as a customer I don't like it, I pay for shipments not to hear problems, Thank You Brittney for the taking my packages and greeting with a smile yesterday, the same treatment I get every time, Your More Expensive than USPS and I won't change the budget to save for worse Service, I Appreciate the Kindness in this Place and Nate, Emily, Rainie, You guys are all Special Thank You for the Great Service Daily, Again to the Gentleman that referred to one of the employees as a Female Dog, How would you feel if I called your Mom, Sister, Your Daughter that Word because I had a Bad Day or was in your case a Boy, Men don't call Women that Ever. Grow Up

Came in today to ship some returns. I'm having to return them because FedEx damaged them during shipping to me. I was told FedEx can't ship them back to the seller because "they have standards" saying the boxes were too damaged to ship. I attached the picture of the "too damaged to ship" box for reference. The lady was a five letter word about it too. HILARIOUSSSSS that they "have standards" for customers but not for employees.

This place is terrible. 2pm on a Wednesday afternoon, they had one person working the counter. A line of 12 people waiting and an employee sitting nearby eating Arby's in front of everyone while looking at the line. Highly unprofessional

I know that 5 in the afternoon is a busy time at FedEx. I started calling at 5, the line was busy. Have been calling off and on for 3 hours. Made around 20 calls and each time I got a busy signal. This is really not my idea of good customer service. Maybe during the busy time they should have someone just taking calls. Maybe need to check into new management?

I took a family church directory from the 70's to this store this morning at 8:45 am, so I could have copies made for family Christmas gifts. The young man said he'd get on it and call me when they were ready. I waited all day for that call that never came, so at 5:20 pm, I went to the store to check on my order. The lady at the counter said "yeah, our machine is down. Didn't anyone call you?" Of course I said no, which was why I was there. She didn't act like she gave a rip about anything, so I took my item, went across the street to Staple's, who did a fine job in no time for a lot cheaper. This Fed Ex store has their head deep up in a dark, special place. They really don't care about much. I won't be back.

I've been to this FedEx countless times, mainly to print things but occasionally for shipping. I've only had a few problems ever that were easily resolved and the manager on duty was helpful in figuring it out. The self service printers were out for a month or so but are back up and running. If they're occupied or not working, the folks up at the counter have been happy to help print things there or take a look at the printers. I think only one time I'd had an issue with using my own card stock at the self service printer and didn't realize the mistakes were all being charged to my account, despite someone coming over to help me. It was nearly $20 of failed prints or misprints and I didn't realize until I got home that she hadn't removed those from the bill while trying to solve the problem. I went back the next day and they refunded it for me. The two women who I've seen working here are helpful but not always very pleasant to deal with. The guys I've seen are always nice and helpful and greet me when I come in. They keep cool when there's a crowd or rude customers. I'll keep coming back for my printing needs and appreciate their help over the last couple years.

I have use this FedEx location a couple of times in the last two weeks I have printed documents online and then I have also printed documents from a thumb drive. There was no problem and I was in and out fast.
