Had a order delivered to wrong address contacted the office to tell them of the problem and they insisted it was delivered to correct address, went back and forth with several emails and it was not resolved. It was as if I was lying even though I took photos showing my address and a description of my own home. Good luck trying to get any resolution to getting anything done.

I’m so frustrated. I get express shipping from a place I constantly order from and FedEx couldn’t find my clear as day address? I waited all day for an update just for them to give me one after hours, when no one can be reached. Ridiculous service.

The guy that greeted me was an older man with the laziest voice you could hear, I gave him the wrong information and it's like he got excited to let me know that that was wrong information like hoping I'd leave or something afterward, I then say that's how it worked last time and then a manager came up acting similar to the way the reg worker acted almost like they were so excited to let me know that I'm wrong so I just answered back with very vague answers.
She had to tell me I was wrong probably no lie 6 times and I just kept answering with ok cool story...
I was smiling the entire time, not rude once even after the experience I received.
I'll still be back cause I'm not afraid of confrontation however definitely won't look forward to using this location any longer.

I'm so glad that you were right today even though I didn't care, you seemed to really care about being right so you earned it! Lol
Such a weird interaction to have with customers unwarranted.

Cash is no good here..
They charged me 134.00 bucks to ship a box from KY to NY with no insurance .
I could have drove their for that....

Best Customer Service... My guy with the 70's Personality was Great. It was a few minutes past closing & he never mentioned it.
