Updated review: 1/9/2025 (Greenwood Mall) My son wanted to go back, so we went. I wish I would've gotten the young man's name that helped us, he was absolutely wonderful, could not ask for better customer service, he patiently answered our questions and helped my son pick what shoes he wanted to buy (he is very undecisive). The young lady there was helpful as well, I even opened an account this time. Lol.

I don't know where to start. My family has been loyal customers for over 30 years to finish line. No telling how many hundreds of shoes have been bought. Never again... One of the most times I've ever been humiliated and made to feel like a dishonest thief by their so-cal manager. In front of a store full of customers. I have never been waited on by such an immature unbalanced psychopath. The so-called manager girl has no business working with the public. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what. She had an attitude from the start. If a customer comes in the store and threatens an employee with violence the police will be called. There is no way an employee of any store should threaten a customer with violence. Mainly because the manager is lazy and was afraid of having to do anything extra to help good paying customers. All because we were returning my wife's shoes which were a birthday present. Not even 24 hours old a brand new pair of shoes with the receipt that just had a little dust on the bottom from walking around trying them on in their store. Couldn't wear them cuz they hurt her feet so she couldn't have wore them around all day. I've bought brand new shoes from Finishline that had a little dust on the bottom from somebody trying them on.... So what's the difference? Bottom line is no reason whatsoever to cause a scene like she did very unprofessional. She was cursing in front of children and everything threatening violence. Was kind of hard to make sure they fit in the store. Took forever to even get waited on. She just stood there with customers needing help. They had so many people in there and none of the employees were hardly doing much especially the manager. She needs to be fired or you all will lose more customers. I understand you all don't sell used shoes but money is more important to you all than the well-being of your customers and their feet. TSC will let you return a $5,000 lawn mower that was used to cut the grass several times but finish line won't let you return $80 pair of shoes that hurt your feet lmao!

Hard to get waited on especially if you are a lady over 30. I have a friend that always hollers to get service.

Good luck with customer service here. Left first time no assistance and came back and had to ask for help. On your own here, almost like you had to be a member of a club or something.
