Took my vehicle in with engine trouble and was told it would be looked at and diagnosed the following day. I received no call until I contacted them myself a day later only to be told they were lacking the right technicians. If you don't like your time being wasted I suggest finding business elsewhere.

It was a little pricey but you realize why after the work is done. I'm very pleased with the work they do I sent all my car maintenance needs to Firestone.

Ok I don’t really know about everyone else’s experience with theses guys but mine was very surprising theses guys went above and beyond very grateful I’ve worked in this industry for 40 years it’s how you treat people in the end that counts.its not the company it’s the people running it good job

Unsure about my experience, I first went there for an alignment since my car was slightly moving to one direction when the steering wheel was straight. Waiting room wasn’t the best but manageable, after my car was ready I felt that it was worse my wheel was straight but the car moved quicker to the left, mentioned it to them and said to go back and talk to manager and said stuff like he’ll have to check it out and test drive and all that takes hours which is no problem.
Waited for the next appoiment wasn’t sure if he did it or told someone else to do the work but doesn’t matter. Finished and it less noticeable but still has a lower degree when it’s straight
The thing that caught my eye and from others giving me advice is that the paper they gave me about my alignment it showed that it said “Modified specification” and by looking online means that they used the computer to manually change the numbers to make it look nicer but done little physically. Both of my papers from the past and the new appoiment have mentioned this little phrase. I mentioned and said they don’t change them, could be tire defect, the road curvature etc. tried everything and still has the same issue. Will try somewhere else

If you want to wait 2 hours to have your tire changed, go visit them, otherwise don't visit them.

This place was great to work with. I ordered new wheels and tires off of the internet and they stores them for me until I was ready for them to install them. They installed them and did an alignment all in a matter of an hour or so. I would highly recommend this place for any of your needs on a vehicle

They only had 3 of the 4 tires that I was scheduled to have put on. They upgraded me to a comparable, but better model, tire and charged the lower price of the tire that I originally ordered. They also gave me a discount on the labor. This customer service has gone above and beyond.

I walked in to a mostly empty waiting room with one employee at a desk. I approached the desk, and stood in front of the employee for roughly 4 minutes without any kind of acknowledge. No hello, no "one minute while I finish this up", nothing. Not even a greeting. I explained my issue and asked for them to check the balance on my tires. 1.5 hours later, my name was called, and someone told me they inspected my car and recommended a tire balance. Which is exactly what I asked for from the beginning. 1.5 hours later, I was done. I was fairly disappointed with the whole experience.

I was driving from Kentucky to Georgia when my tire blew on the highway. After we got my spare on, I drove painfully slow to this location. I was so thankful they were open on Sunday and were able to replace my tire. They got us back on the road in less than 2 hours.

I have chosen Firestone as my primary car service center for over 20 years in multiple states. I can typically can schedule an appointment and get my car fixed within 24hours. They provide good customer service, quality goods and will prorated tire warranty coverage if you do not get the miles advertised.
