For the most part the place has good customer service but gravy water biscuits aren't the best, uncooked dough inside the biscuits, I watched a lady show her coworker how to make hashbrown casserole in a bind by dumping the uncooked one inside the almost empty one and mixing it together...Mmmm I love uncooked hashbrown casserole.

I bought a sausage biscuit this morning. Got to work,got parked tried putting jelly on my biscuit, but couldn't because biscuit was stuck to the sausage. It wasn't cooked all the way and so gooey I couldn't get it off the sausage. So I threw the whole thing away. Will start making my own breakfast at home from now on!!!!!!

Two main people from 3rd shift staff are absolutely horrible at their jobs. The older blad white man cries whenever he has to go to the register and do his job. And he thanks you for using the u-scan and not bothering him. The young black man with dreads who makes the food almost never has anything made when breakfast starts. He's usually talking and joking around not doing his job. When you ask him to get something he will usually get it but with lots of attitude and snarky comments to the customer. These two need to be removed and replaced ASAP. This being the only place open for food at night and they can't keep up with anything. Other than that the food can be good and the gas station itself is very nice. Just those two tards.

So....I work all night from the parking lot and let the ppl in store know I'm going to be sitting here in parking lot during the day for next extended period of time. New job location so i need to find spots closest to cell tower.After my night ended I get my vehicle ready to sleep in and some joker comes to the window knocking as soon as I'm almost asleep and tells me the manager doesn't want folks sleeping in parking lot.....Well I'm not loitering because I'm spending cash here and planned on much more here at this store over the next yr or so BUT if I'm gonna get woke up every time I will find somewhere else to spend my dollars.The store is clean and nice restrooms. Apparently the staff doesn't relay messages when someone tells them they will be in parking lot working.2nd night there they ran me off...Roll Tide ? ? ?

I came in today and had one of the most disrespectful customers service representatives wait on me. I could not believe the tone the lady had with me. I rang the bell for service on the food area and she looked at me and told me that wasn't funny that she was the only one working. I had no idea rather or not she had seen me there or not is mainly the reason I rang the bell. If they're going to get upset because I'm helping her do her job by ringing the bell to let her know I'm waiting then maybe the bell in the food area is a bad idea. I eat there every morning but I stopped in tonight for some dinner before work and the feeling I got from her was completely unnecessary. I've worked for customers in the fast food industry a lot in my past and I would've never spoke to someone the way she did. The food is great but the customer service gets a one star ⭐
