The African American lady on the reception is really rude, at least she treated me rudely.
As I informed her that my insurance changed, she said "AGAIN!?"
It's my responsibility to inform her.
And my insurance hasn't changed since 2 years.
I recently changed my job and went on my husband's medical insurance.
So I don't know what her problem is, but I know for sure that she's unprofessional and needs to change her attitude. It's non of her business when and if I change my insurance.
If she doesn't like her job, she should look for a new job that suits her attitude towards people better.

LAB - Showed up for labs and checked in ( early ). Several minutes after my appointment time a lab technician came out to get two more people for labs and ask if I was there for lab work, I say yes so she asked my name and says she will check. She comes out and calls at least three more groups of two back all the while I’m sitting and waiting.I walk up to the desk and ask if there is a problem and they check the computer and tell me she’ll check, I sit down close enough to her what’s going on from her phone call. She indicates she is sending the paperwork back for the third time and that I should be next.By this time I’ve been waiting for over a hour for lab work.When they do call me back the technician says they are having computer problems ( same thing they have told me for my last two visits ) and that their computers are actually down. Two things, how do you know what labs all the people you saw before me need and is the computer system being used by the lab so antiquated that it stays down most of the time?Nothing against the technicians ( seem to be good at their jobs ) but if this lab company is unwilling to update its system maybe the Allen Clinic needs to contract a replacement lab company.

They are truly awful and don’t even deserve 1 star. You can NEVER get an appointment if you are sick. Doctors and nurses are always out of the office. Save yourself time and take your business elsewhere.

Dr Allen has been my family Dr for as long as I can remember. He is courteous, genuinely cares and takes the time to answer all of your questions. His staff is also very knowledgeable and caring. Professional and puts your mind at ease especially during these trying times of the COVID pandemic. Encourages you to take charge of your health by helping them understand your symptoms. Best Doctor and staff in Bowling Green and surrounding counties. Uses all COVID procedures, gloves, mask, sanitizes room!! Able to
do many procedures, Xrays and bloof
work with results in office. Is able to prescribe O2 for Post COVID issues!!
You and your staff are always a joy to see, even when I feel bad.

Thanks for nothing. I scheduled a new patient appointment and they called me to have me come in and do fasting blood work before the appointment. When I showed up they said they didn't take my insurance. I needed a doctor and instead I got the run around.

The check in staff is so friendly and courteous, makes u feel welcome. I had an ultrasound and my tech was absolutely wonderful. She was so nice, courteous and very helpful. She was through and didn’t mind helpings me out to my car because I was weak and a bit dizzy from the problem I was having. I can not believe I can not remember her name but she was so nice.Thank you Greenview for an excellent staff.Linda Sue Hinton.

Terrible at getting back with results. Rude on the phone. Says doctors will call back and never do. You have to call and call to get anything resolved.

They were AMAZING! I had a small accident and didn’t have an appointment but Dr. Allen and his nurse took the time to see and treat me.. Such a great group of people!!!

Everyone at Dr. Allen’s office is so kind. I’ve appreciated them all since I began my association with them some twenty years ago. Time flies and they’ve always been there for me when I needed them.

I am so thankful to have found The Allen Clinic and Haley Bruster, no one likes going to the doctors office, however, the office staff is not only professional, helpful and personable. Haley Bruster is my doctor and she is the best...extremely thorough, she listens and makes certain you understand and do not have any questions before you leave.
