“This place smells nice and is pretty cool. I think the prices are a bit much for some things but hey if people pay them then more power to ya. If you need a decoration for your home this is a good place to look. Always see something that the trendy family member or friend would like when I have gone there. Not a bad place but like I said prices are over what I am willing to pay for some things.”

“Big store with large variety of items. The store is always clean and well organized. The employees are generally very nice and eager to help answer any questions to the best of their ability. They have great sales constantly and If they don't have what you need in store then they also offer the ability to order online. The online inventory is so massive. It would be hard not to find what you r looking for. All in all this is a great little store with tons of great items for a great price and you can shop in a atmosphere that is laid back.”

“We want to thank Maria Harris (salesperson) for reading our review and responding to us. As soon as she saw we had issues with customer service, she and her manager personally came to our house to make it right. Can’t say enough good things about her and her manager. Word of advice, choose 5 on the menu should you have an issue with an order, even though 5 is to place a new order and not to address issues with existing order. This will put you through to the store and hopefully your sales person. Customer service call center is a disaster for this store and should be reorganized with a new mission statement asap. Horrible response and treatment of customers. The people there absolutely do not care how hard the store worked to get the sale or if you are satisfied with your purchase.”
