Absolutely zero customer service. Scheduled a delivery for 2/23/24 Delivery was not made and they rescheduled for 2/27/24 which was unacceptable. They also will refund your money in 3-5 days. No more Home Depot for me.

Went there looking for specialty bits for my drill and they had them at a good affordable price friendly staff and had all the building materials I needed to fix that fence so if you need your stuff fixed and you need some tools or some wood go to home Depot and tell them Chad sent you......

Good luck returning anything without a receipt; you're likely to be treated like a thief. I understand that stores have big issues from theft, but HD's countermeasures are coming at the expense of loyal customers.My wife ordered me too many of an item using an HD gift card online. The return desk was hesitant to return the unneeded quantity because, in their opinion, you can't order an item online using a gift card, and they would therefore need the credit card the order was made on. Obviously, that credit card doesn't exist because the purchase was made using a gift card. It's frustrating how the return desk personnel's interpretation of reality is ill conceived and not based on facts. The reality is that you can order items online using a gift card and ask me how I know. The employee proceeded to consider the facts at great length with a look of what I can only describe as supreme suspicion, while apparently searching for any opportunity to deny the return.The items were eventually returned but with much hesitancy on the part of the HD employee, which left us with a feeling of agitation and shame. Generally, people will avoid situations that provoke such feelings, which is why I'll be taking my business down the road to the big blue building.

Home has great things and in store service is ok. But tonight I call the call center to see where and when my dishwasher would be delivered. We got the total run a round this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I see why evwry one goes to Lowes. They are so lucky I don't return everything. And the are costing a days pay.

We had a nice guy named Asher...about 6'6" tall help us get 2x4s from the upper shelves. He was so helpful , so friendly and very efficient! This guy made our trip to Home Depot absolutely great! I can not say enough about how much we appreciated his assistance! So if you are in the lumber section, look for this tall guy!

They were helpful in finding and cutting for me a smallish board, but just what the doctor ordered. Disappointed that now a pre-registration process is required for a (appreciated) Veterans discount, whereas in the past you just could ask.

Home Depot, like most other stores, have very few people working there so if you need help or advice you are just out of luck. If you know exactly what you need you may need to buy it online and then pick it up at the store because they don't carry everything that they sell in the store.
