Cool store, Nice employees 2! They also have the old hot topic logo on the ground when you walk in! Just wished they’d play MCR or fall out boy XD

I placed a pickup order. I picked it up early but it only partially came in so I still had to wait for more, which I did. A week passed and so then I called to ask if it was ready, they said yes. The next day I go to pick it up and I’m told it was put back on the shelves because it was past due and that the manager tried to call multiple times. I never got one call. Hopefully I get refunded soon but I’m never doing a pickup order from Hot-topic again.
