Carla was nice however when I felt like I was NOT getting the right tax return back for how hard I worked through the year . I found later that I was missing a piece from my W2s . My return did not seem right through the entire process . Instead of understanding and being the better people in business she made me feel bad by wanting to get up and go elsewhere or figure out what was going on with my W2 forms . I kept exclaiming that I'd feel more comfortable to leave and try and get my tax forms figured . Out but instead got an altitude with me for basically telling me I was getting nothing back and to pay up the 150 filing fee . Iv killed myself this year working and her filing I feel just was not correct . Now I have to make a tax amend because she more or less extorted me into filing them anyways ! I do not recommend coming here . She made us feel terrible about wanting to make sure our taxes were done right. DO NOT COME HERE . I should be calling H&R block and demand a filing refund .

The service that I was given was the worst ever. I had to file my business tax return that they have filed for the past 5 years and now all of a sudden there were mistakes in the tax return that was filed by their office. The manager was one of the rudest people I have encountered. I have been doing business for many years and this is the worst experience. Their prices jumped from $250 last year to prepare a return to $700 to prepare the same type of return. I understand inflation but this is ridiculous. I told them to hold off on filing it as I had to discuss with my partners. When I called back to make adjustments to the return, I was told that I could take my business elsewhere. If I could give Negative stars then I would. If the ownership reads this review please consider having different management. Preferably one who could handle your customers with a better attitude.

Robin Schaaf was our tax preparer and she did an amazing job explaining the process and talking to us about our financial situation without judgement. She was knowledgeable and the process went quickly. We were very impressed by our experience with H&R Block.
