Apparently doesn't know what a form 4852 (w2 substitute) is.
Refused to help us file.
Wouldn't help us file for an extension.

I highly recommend PJ at H&R block in Bowling Green to prepare your taxes. She is a true expert in her profession.All of the staff was so kind and friendly, including Dorothy, Kylie and Trey.

The overall experience was OK but watch out for all the extra ambush fees It's not explain in the beginning and its like being held a gunpoint from there. There are too many other experienced place to get taxes done Leave HR Block for the Corporations that have money to waste. And after having them prepare the taxes Shw wanted to charge even more in case the IRS audited the return ? I was too through and will never get bent over by HR Block again

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.I went to Jackson Hewitt last year and they failed to file my taxes but Courtney make sure she took care of 2021 and 2022. She did like 99% of the work for me. I'd give her six stars if I could.
